Dr. Stefan Neufeind

Stefan Neufeind completed his studies in chemistry at the University of Cologne (Germany) with a PhD in Organic Chemistry. After a postdoctoral research stay at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA, USA he joined LANXESS in 2012 as Technical Marketing Manager. In this role his work was dedicated to the application of Ion Exchange Resins in hydrometallurgy, waste water treatment, chlor-alkali and catalysis. In 2019, Stefan was appointed as head of the technical marketing group for ion exchange resins and adsorbers at LANXESS.
